Please note that ultimately your travel agent has the sole discretion on what information to process in our CRM. You may find below all the categories that could be processed in our CRM.


  • Personal details: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, relations with other end-users that are registered in the CRM.
  • Interaction history: purchase records, trip history, service interactions, communication history.
  • Preferences: contact preferences, product preferences, trip preferences, personal notes or attachments.
  • Loyalty program details: loyalty program information.
  • Passport information: passport information and photo.
  • Payment details: payment notes, payment methods, credit card information.

  • ***Credit Card CVV Storage Policy: Please be aware that, in adherence to best practices and for your security, we do not store Credit Card CVV’s past authorization.

    Your travel agent and their team: Only your travel agent and the sub-accounts they have under their company have access to your CRM data. Some sub-accounts of your travel agent could include booking agents, reservation specialists, account managers, and secretaries.

    5. How long do we keep the data?

    We retain CRM data based on the preferences of your travel agent. If your travel agent chooses to delete your data via the designated delete option within the CRM, the information is promptly removed from our active servers. However, for our operational safety, we maintain backup servers. Any residual data on these backups may remain until the scheduled deletion date of that particular server.

    6. Do we make updates to this notice?

    In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
