Make a privacy request
Use this form to ask Travel Dynamo, Inc. about the personal information we hold about you, or to exercise your privacy rights. You may also email data@traveldynamo.com. We handle requests made by either method in the same way.
Clients of travel agencies
If you are a client of a travel agency that uses Travel Dynamo, your agency controls your trip information, such as your bookings, documents and passport details. Please contact your agency first. It is best placed to act on your request.
If you send your request to us, we will refer you to your agency or pass your request to the agency. Your agency decides how to respond, and we will assist it. We respond directly about the information we control ourselves, such as your Travel Dynamo app account.
If you asked your agency to delete your information and it did not, please tell us, and we will follow up with your agency.
How we handle requests
- You do not need a Travel Dynamo account to make a request.
- We will email you to confirm your request. If you have a Travel Dynamo account, we may ask you to sign in.
- You do not need to prove your identity to opt out.
- An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.
- We confirm receipt of each request and respond within the periods stated in our privacy policies.
- Please do not send passwords, card numbers, passport numbers or identity documents. If we need more information to verify a request, we will ask for it.
