White rock arches and a motor yacht at Kleftiko on Milos, from above

For destination management companies

Give agencies a beautiful itinerary on an interactive map, not just a price.

Send the agency the whole trip and keep your costs to yourself.

Each sea crossing, drive and flight shows on the route, day by day, and the agency gets a proforma it can approve.

A $126,820 trip shouldn’t arrive as a Word file.

  1. Proposals in Word, costing in a spreadsheet, reservations in email threads.

  2. Agencies waiting days for a quote they can send to their client.

  3. A week on a private yacht and a night in a city hotel that look the same on a PDF.

What you get

Skip past this section
  1. Work inside the agency’s trip. They only see your part.

The agency sees your days, your price and your messages, while your suppliers, costs and margin stay hidden, so you aren’t keeping a clean copy and a real copy of every file.

  2. Send a proposal that shows the whole route.

The client copy carries the agency’s name and never yours, so the agency can give it to their client as their own.

  3. Keep a private reservation for each service on the trip.

Only your team can see the supplier, status, option date, cost and what you’ve paid, so you stop digging through email threads for option dates and balances.

  4. Price it and send the proforma from the same file.

Costs stay in the currency you pay, the trip sells in the currency you choose, and the agent copy, client copy, proforma and internal costing all come from one set of numbers.

  5. See your profit on each file, and which agencies and markets bring it in.

You see it after commission and costs, while the season is still running.

  6. Let agencies find you.

Agencies see your destinations, specialties and languages, and the trips you’ve done with them. They can send an inquiry with the travelers, dates and notes already filled in.

Itineraries

Give the traveler a guide to each island they stop at.

Pick one of the three itinerary designs. Each has an interactive map that draws the yacht’s route from island to island.

  • This trip is shown in Living map. The other two designs are Scenes and Glass.
  • Give the client two cabins or two villas to choose from. You see the answer on the trip.

Partner agencies

Agencies can invite you into their trip, or you can send them yours.

On their trip, your price shows as one package with the total and their commission, never your line prices. They approve it there, and if you change the price later they’re asked to approve it again.

  • Keep each agency as a client, with its commission terms, contacts and history.
  • You and the agency talk in a chat on the trip, so the messages stay with the file.
  • Partner not on Travel Dynamo yet? Send them the itinerary link and the proforma as a PDF.

Reservations

Put a service on the itinerary and its reservation is already there.

Record each payment to the supplier as you make it. If the agency changes or removes the service, the reservation is marked and you get a notification.

Costing and proforma

Change a markup and see what it does to your profit.

Set a markup or a sell price on each line. Taxes and the agency’s commission come off before you see your profit. The proforma gives the agency the total, the deposit and the balance, with due dates.

Get listed in the DMC directory once our team approves you.

You accept or decline each inquiry that comes in.

DMC statistics

See what your season really made, counting only approved trips.

A quote that never sold doesn’t inflate your numbers. Filter by agency, client, supplier or owner, and compare any period with the one before it or with a year earlier.

Quote the trip an agency is waiting on.

$35 a month for you and $24 a month for each teammate, billed annually.
