For host agencies

Your agents keep their own workspaces. You see every trip and every commission.

Each independent contractor has their own Travel Dynamo account and books on your IATA and Sabre numbers. Clearinghouse files and supplier checks are matched to the right agent and split by their contract.

What you get

Skip past this section
  1. See all your agents’ trips, bookings and clients.

When a supplier calls about a booking, or a departure is close and an agent has gone quiet, you look it up yourself and don’t have to email anyone.

You see each client’s name, trip and agent. Passports, saved cards and email stay in the agent’s workspace.

  2. Book flights and hotels on your own IATA and Sabre numbers.

Your agents book from inside the trip on your IATA number and your Sabre PCC. The supplier pays you, and you can see that commission on your books before any statement arrives.

  3. Each agent gets their own workspace, and you pay for the seat.

Your independent contractors run their own businesses, so their clients and trips stay in their workspace, and their bookings and commissions still reach your books with no retyping.

Invite an agent and the seat is already paid. If they leave your network, the workspace stays theirs and you stop paying for the seat.

  4. Stop matching clearinghouse files by hand.

Upload the clearinghouse file or a photo of a supplier check. Travel Dynamo finds the booking and the agent for each line, and your team only looks at the few it isn’t sure about.

  5. Split commissions the way each agent’s contract says.

Set each agent’s plan, tiers and preferred-supplier bonuses once. After your split, each agency in your network can set the splits for its own agents. Each agent’s statement shows how their share was worked out, and the totals go to QuickBooks and your 1099 report.

  6. See which commissions are late, with the reminder already written.

Each one shows the supplier and how many days late it is, so money you earned doesn’t get forgotten.

Each agent you add means more work for your back office.

  1. To see what an agent has booked, you have to email them and ask.

  2. Someone matches clearinghouse files by hand, line by line, then works out tiers, bonuses and sub-agencies in a spreadsheet.

  3. Agents email you to ask where their money is.

Your network

Open any agent to see their bookings, statements and payouts.

All your agents are in one list, with their agency, their city and the commission plan they’re on.

Commission tracking

When a line doesn’t match, Travel Dynamo tells you why.

Each match shows a score for how sure it is. The deposits in your bank account are matched to the statements too.

Payouts

Get the missing W-9s before the money goes out.

The payout run lists what each agent is owed and flags anyone without a W-9 on file, so you can get it from them before you approve.
