Messages has a conversation with each agent who works with them. You reply from Travel Dynamo on your computer, and they get a notification. Clients without the app can chat from a link after a code we email them.
You decide which clients get the app.
Turn on app access from the client’s file. They get an email with their username, a temporary password and links to the App Store and Google Play, and they choose their own password the first time they sign in. You can turn it off whenever you want.
