Publish a trip people register for online. Each registration becomes a trip file.

Publish one of your itineraries as its own page and share the link. People register and fill in your form there, and their trip file opens with the travelers, their choices and their answers already on it.

Offer one trip at different prices, and let people choose.

You’ll add up to ten options, each with its own price and its own list of what’s included and what isn’t: the cabin categories of a cruise, the same trip in different hotels, or a standard and a premium package. People will compare them side by side, choose one and pay on the same page.

  • You’ll price each option per person, or set one price for a whole registration, like a cabin for two.

Or let the price add up from what they pick and how many travel.

With dynamic pricing, you’ll put a price on each part of the itinerary. Where the trip offers a choice, like which hotel to stay in or a room of their own, each option will show its own price, and the total will follow what people pick and how many travel.

Publish it with the number of places you have.

Build the itinerary the way you always do, then publish it as its own page. Set the start date, the last day to register and how many places you have. Share the link on your website, in your newsletter or in an email. Your visitors don’t need an account.

  • Selling cabins or rooms? Set how many you have in all, and each registration takes one.
  • When the last place is taken, the page says it’s sold out.

The answers go to each traveler’s own client file.

Choose one of your forms, or build a new one. For each question, you choose where the answer is saved in the client file: dietary needs in their preferences, an emergency contact in their notes. Each traveler fills in their own copy.

  • Travelers are matched to their client files by email or phone. Anyone new gets a file.
  • The answers are saved on the trip too, under the form’s name.
Laura Mitchell registering herself and Rachel Dunn on a phone: eight places left, two travelers, no payment now, and the form “Kyoto trip details” with her answers (Vegetarian, her brother as emergency contact). Beside it, her new client file: Vegetarian saved under At the table, from their form, and the form back on Sep 9 under “Kyoto trip details · Kyoto in autumn, a small group”.

Run it as one group trip, or as a trip for each registration.

With individual trips, each registration opens its own trip file. With one group trip, the first registration opens it, and each one after that joins it as its own party, with its own travelers and choices. You can see the whole group together, or open one party at a time.

  • Change the group’s itinerary once, then update each party from it. Anything you changed for one party stays as it is.
  • You get a notification each time someone registers.
  • Cancel a registration and its places go back on sale.
The Registrations tab of “Kyoto in autumn, a small group”, a group trip, per person: Megan Sullivan, two travelers, new client files, Sep 10; Laura Mitchell, two travelers, new client files, Sep 9; Jun Park, two travelers, matched to The Parks, Sep 6; Angela Okonkwo, two travelers, matched to The Okonkwos, Sep 4. People will pay by card on the page they register on.

When you turn on payment, the last step on your proposal page will be the card form. Places will be held for 30 minutes while people pay, and their trip will open once they have paid. Each payment will show in Client payments.

  • Before they pay, people will accept your terms and your cancellation and refund policy.

For one client, send choices with prices and get the plan approved.

Put two dinners, two hotels or two day trips on your client’s itinerary, each with its own price. They choose on their phone or computer, then approve the plan by typing their name and a six-digit code we email them. You get a notification, and the choice and the approval are saved on the trip.

  • If you send them a changed plan afterward, the link they already have tells them there’s a newer one to read.
